Please navigate through an item on your page, add the item to your basket and follow the steps shown on the process. Our shop is open 24 hours a day all year long.

How can I cancel my order ?

Please send an email to support@vateo.com and include your first name, last name, your order number and the email that you registered to complete your order.

When will my order be shipped ?

If the products you ordered are in stock, your order will be shipped the next day, except during national holidays and week-ends.

My order was shipped but I still didn't receive it, what can I do ?

First, verify your tracking number on the website of our shipping agent. If you feel like something is wrong or that the status didn't update for many days, please contact us through support@vateo.com and include your first name, last name, your order number and the email that you registered to complete your order.

What is the standard delivery time ?

The delivery time depends on the available stock in our warehouse. Please ask for more information before your purchase to ensure proper lead time. During Christmas period, our stock can get quickly sold out, be sure to order as soon as possible.

My order was mishandled by the delivery company, the product might be broken ?

It may occur that the delivery company didn't properly protect the package during the final delivery, if you feel that this is the case, please open the box in front of the delivery and check that the item has not been broken. If you detect anything that might be wrong, avoid signing the package and let the delivery company return the box to our company. We will change it for you.

Can we see a preview of next year's incoming products ?

Our drawings and plans are, for the moment, reserved for internal processing but it might be possible that we reveal some exciting parts of our latest discoveries through social networks.

Are you going to invent products in different categories ?

Our team gets larger each week and we're very excited to develop new brands and product categories that we didn't have before. Incoming categories will include designer items of high demand packed with unseen technologies.

Are your products under warranty ?

All products sold on Vateo.com website as well as all affiliated brands have a minimum of 1 year warranty from the day the product was received. If the warranty policy is different on some items, it will be clearly stated on that item's page.


Returns and refunds


I would like to repair or exchange my broken product, what is the process ?

You can do that by sending an email to support@vateo.com and include your first name, last name, your order number and the email that you registered to complete your order. We will inform you with the process to return your product to get it repaired or exchanged.

I’m expecting a refund from Vateo, how does it work ?

Vateo reimburses exclusively via Paypal system (it is necessary to open an account with Paypal to receive the reimbursement). The refund is made within 72 hours after the email confirming the reimbursement has been received.
Vateo reimburses only the sums it has received directly. To be reimbursed of amounts paid to a third company (e.g. for the purchase of a discount coupon), it is necessary to contact the company to which the payment was made.
